UBO Consulting Organizes a Lessons Learned Workshop on
Functional Review Experiences-In cooperation with
Ministry of Public Services, UBO Consulting organized a
workshop for high level management of all Kosovo
Government Ministries and offered experiences in
functional reviews and Public Administration Reform from
other countries. The purpose of the exercise was to
prepare and inform civic staff of Ministries with
challenges and obstacles in the process of
