UBO Consulting conducted The Kosovo Mosaic Survey 2009 funded by UNDP. To present the assembled results UBO Consulting organized a CONFERENCE which took place in Grand Hotel, on October 13th, 2009. The Conference brought together Local Government Officials, NGO Representatives, The International Development Community and Medias.
Kosovo Mosaic 2009 presents the perceptions and views of 6400 respondents on matters of well-being and economic outlook at the household level. Public participation in local decision making, issues affecting livelihoods such as employment, land and business ownership, and education as well as evolving trends of previous reports will also reflected in the report. Kosovo Mosaic is designed to contribute to the ongoing debate and reform of the local governments by highlighting priorities, bottlenecks in service delivery, people’ willingness to participate in public policy process and municipalities’ openness to local demands.
