Project implantation methodology envisaged the application of quantitative and qualitative research methods. UBO’s team assembled information from 12 interviews done with employees from Centers for Social Welfare in the following municipalities: Prishtina, Drenas, Deçan, Ferizaj, Fushë Kosova, Ranilug. In addition, 12 focus groups were held with social assistance cash transfer recipients and non social assistance recipients. 

The project was funded by UNICEF and University of Maastricht. The objective of this study was to produce a child-centered analysis of the assistance program in Kosovo.
