UBO Consulting realized this project by applying the methodology of quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods. By combining the two most frequently methodologies for research, UBO Consulting was able to conduct in-depth analysis of the data received from interviews done with 100 citizens, 50 business owners and 20 relevant stakeholders from the following municipalities: Novo Berdo, Lipjan, Klina dhe Rahovec.

The project was funded by The Ministry of Communities and Returns. Aim of this project was to evaluate community needs assessment to reflect the geographical spread of where minorities and the real conditions that they face.
