UBO Consulting developed evaluation and monitoring for five projects funded by Kosovo Fund for Open Society (KFOS).

2. Center for Ethnic Integration Evaluation Activities
3. Initiative for Kosovo Community Evaluation Activities
4. Humanitarian law Center Evaluation Activities
5. Kosova Chamber of Commerce Evaluation Activities

For each project evaluated, one interview was conducted with the KFOS project manager/supervisor and the implementing project manager. To evaluate the success implementation of each project, UBOs team held interviews with direct beneficiaries of each project individually. Project interviews were conducted with a specially designed interview guide.
