ULIKS OSMANI
Executive Director
Mr. Osmani is executive director and founder of UBO Consulting, a young and specialized market research company in Kosovo. Mr. Osmani is responsible for leading the overall strategy and business activities of the company. His expertise is focused in the field of marketing and business consulting for private sector and international development agencies that work in Kosovo as well as in the region. Mr. Osmani holds an MBA Degree from Kingston University in London and bachelors degree in marketing and finance from Baruch College of New York.

BERAT ABDIU
Chief of Operations
Mr. Abdiu's experience ranges from project management of small, medium and large enterprises, to extensive expertise in Operations Management in fields of FDI, IT, Telecommunication, Air Traffic Control Services, Marketing Research, and Product Development. He owns a BS in Business Management, from University of Phoenix, AZ. Mr. Abdiu is pursuing his postgraduate studies at the University of London, in Finance and Financial Law. In addition, Mr. Abdiu holds a specialist certification in Project Preparation Planning Appraisal and Management awarded by University of Bradford in cooperation with European Centre for Peace and Development, and University of United Nations.

DITA BYTYÇI
Senior Research Analyst
Ms. Bytyçi obtained her BA degree in Journalism Mass-Communication/History from American University in Bulgaria (Bulgaria), and her MBA degree in Entrepreneurship/Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology, USA. Ms. Bytyçi is a senior research analyst responsible for project proposal writing, project implementation, designing questionnaires for qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, monitoring and reporting. Projects cover various sectors and include project evaluations, socio-economic studies, research among ethnic minority groups, awareness and opinion polls.

VALON FEKA
Project Manager
Mr. Feka is a Law graduate from Prishtina University and is currently pursuing his masters on Financial Law at the same university. In addition, Mr. Feka is pursuing his second BA at Faculty of Philosophy in the field of Political Science and Public Administration. His academic credentials have been crowned with several scholarships that UP awards for most successful students. During this time, Mr. Feka has attended in several trainings that were directly linked with the social and economical field. He has been also chosen as an expert on the capacity building in different non-governmental organizations.

KUJTIM KOCI
Researcher
Mr. Koci holds a bachelor degree on Economics, with a concentration on Management from FAMA College. He joined UBO Consulting in September 2011 and since then has mostly been involved in project proposal writing, report writing and research analysis. Additionally, Mr. Koci is also responsible for doing the necessary translations of documents from English to Albanian and the other way around.

MERITA OSMANI
Data Analyst
Ms. Osmani earned a BA in Economy, with a concentration in Banking, Finance and Accounting from the University of Prishtina. Merita started her carrier in UBO as an office administrator. With her commitment she has proven a remarkable success in coordinating enumerators in the fieldwork and the personnel enrolled in data processing. Merita is an expert in SPSS and Microsoft Access program, where she does calculations and data analysis from various materials. She also designs reports, charts and graphs that describe and interpret analysis results.

PETRIT BYTYÇI
Researcher
Mr. Bytyçi holds a BA degree in Law from the University of Prishtina and is currently enrolled in the program of Master for Civil Law. Mr. Bytyci is responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative research, monitoring and reporting on the fieldwork. Moreover, he is responsible for assisting senior researchers with the preparation of project proposals, reports and the necessary translations.

FATOS MEXHUANI
Researcher
Mr. Mexhuani is in the completion phase of his BA studies in Economy with a concentration in Economics at the Prishtina Public University. He joined the UBO Consulting group since March 2009, and throughout this period, he has been involved in several social and economical projects. His experience and expertise has been mainly established in the preparation of research samples as well as in the sphere of managing enumerators in the fieldwork.

ENEIDA ALIU
Ms. Aliu holds a BA degree in Psychology from University of Prishtina. She has joined UBO Consulting group recently. As the newest member of group Eneida is mainly focused in data processing in MS Access and SPSS. She is also involved in fieldwork respectively conducting qualitative interviews.

BJONDINA KRASNIQI
Office Assistant
Ms. Krasniqi has a bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from AAB College. As an administrative assistant she oversees all aspects of general office coordination, maintains office documents and organizes project portfolio, interacts with clients, answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member. She is also involved in data processing in Ms Access and SPSS.
